Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the entry fee less any processing fees. Withdrawals made in writing between 45 Days and 30 Days will receive a 50% refund. Any team withdrawing after INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will
forfeit its entire entry fee. Paid entry fees are not transferable to another team within or outside of your club. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to Coachkphoenix@gmail.com. The processing fee is non-refundable.
Officials: Paid 1st officials provided for all matches, paid 2nd officials for some Gold Division Finals. Wave Start Times: Posted by Wednesday of event.
Tournament Schedule: Posted by 8pm on Wednesday week of event, and will be updated if any teams add or drop so check the web site regularly that week for any changes or weather delays. -Teams will be issued a coaching credential wristband for each ADULT they have listed on their roster. **Divisions can and may be combined in all age groups at our Discretion.

All teams are guaranteed at least 5 matches over the course of the two day event.
This is a JVA event where all team affiliations may participate. Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However, COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster and picking up coaching credential pass(s)) at the playing venue.
Check-in Times: Saturday, from 7:15am next to the table where admission is sold. Facility Rules: Due to incidents in previous years at other events there will be a NO TOLERANCE policy this year for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venue.
-Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility
-Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities.
-In order to comply with the fire marshal, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING THEIR OWN CHAIRS INTO THE VENUES. No refunds after teams are accepted Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility.
