Things you'll need for tryouts...

Completed and paid your Phoenix Rising Tryout Registration ($50) via the corresponding age links on this page.
Purchase a SRVA/USAV Tryout Membership, please bring a copy of your card with you to tryouts (available July 1 for purchase), screenshot or paper copy will be fine.
Bring a signed copy of your Medical Release Form LINK HERE
Bring plenty of water to drink
Eat a nutritious meal beforehand, Fuel your body to compete!
Kneepads are Recommended
Wear something comfortable and tryout appropriate that shows off your personality!
MOST IMPORTANTLY, bring great energy, your best team-first attitude, ready to work hard and COMPETE!
